Our Story
Crystal Professional Catering is a Caribbean based catering company cooking traditional West Indian cuisine.
We specialise in Jamaican alongside English cuisine, catering for all styles of functions. For 23 years, we ran the successful business Shades Caterers. However, we were forced to expand & re-brand for bigger & better opportunities. So due to popular demand in 2019 Crystal Professional Catering was born.
We have been catering since 1996, we are professionally dedicated whilst working as a team, we find it challenging, fulfilling, rewarding as well as inspiringly hard work.
Crystal Professional Catering being professional dedicated caterers, aim to provide the best quality food to our customers at great nutritional value.
Using our published cookery book, you will be able to follow the easy steps preparing meals for you and your family, these will become so natural to you in the future.
Our book was designed to be placed into local schools in the London Borough of Haringey as our contribution to them for using our service.
